Good hotel with excellent location near galleria with other shops and restaurants nearby. When we got there we were welcomed by friendly staff..rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is just getting better every time I go there.

I came here late at night with my wife while on vacation. And we we're blown away for a room a little over $100. Has all of the essentials and more. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and AC. The TV allows you to watch anything (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). The bathroom was clean, and the bed was big.

I have stayed in room 121 and 104 both were hot tub room and I was accommodated wonderfully by the very kind and respectful flexible front desk staff that works there. Britney was the woman who I had the pleasure of meeting upon checking in. 121 is a very large room with a gorgeous big bathroom and a nice hot tub area that's in the corner sort of has its own little area. I only gave it four stars instead of 5 because the area is not the best and the other people that stay there tend to be sketchy but other than that if you're there to have a good time and get a nice hot tub room that is flexible with checking in and checking you out late that's the place to do it they are so affordable with 0 deposit and their rooms are very clean and they have very nice updated TVs and bedding and it's just nice for a motel. I would not recommend going on Friday or Saturday night though if you're trying to avoid hookers and please just saying but other than that it's a great place

Honestly, I had to book a second night the rooms are super clean and it's super peaceful considering this area Tony, Marie, AND Dee at the front desk was extremely helpful it was comforting in THIS AREA! Tony was exceptionally patient I am vision impaired he took his time showing me where whole foods is and other places in the vicinity such as 7-Eleven and another local liquor store there is also a shopping mall nearby for people that are not from around here and he mentioned the cheesecake factory the location is great with all the amenities. EVERYONE employed here that I have met thus far have been nothing but helpful kind and courteous with all my questions I am not from Los Angeles, last but not least I have to mention this hard-working housekeeper named Maria, she is such an angel she keeps this place up to par

Changed my review cuz u need to be careful here. U know who be creeping up in here and they will give em all ur info like its nothing. Then they bang on ur door and snatch you out, tow ur vehicle, and take u away. Seen that happen to someone while I stayed here and it was foul the way they illegally did everything. Dude should have pressed charges.

We've been staying here for about 4 days and no complaints! $90 per night after tax for a single bed. We came into California late and this place was perfectly welcoming. Awesome exterior with a wall of vines. Great staff and the bed is always made when we get back. There's a lot of parking spots but sometimes it lacks some wiggle room for backing out.

Large rooms combined with good what more can you ask for in this day age. The morning hotel front desk agent was very understanding and gave us the accommodations we desired. Would highly recommend this property please do not be discouraged by the outside there working hard to make sure you have the best stay possible! Also where else can you stay right next to the galleria for this price. Thank you for the wonderful stay we will return soon :)
